Desperation is a powerful "movement" of God that began at Pastor Ted Haggard's New Life Church in Colorado Springs, CO. Its mission is to mobilize students and young adults in Intimacy (worship), Intercession (prayer) and Impact (ministry). From The Rooftops is the live recording from the recent Desperation conference that gathered students from around the nation to passionately worship the Living God.

Worship leaders/songwriters, Jared Anderson, Jon Egan and Glenn Packiam are the vessels used by God to introduce these new songs of worship and adoration to a hungry generation of worshipers.
