Stephen Iverson is known as a contemporary Christian singer/songwriter. His songs and chants are performed throughout the US and beyond. With this CD, Iverson has moved into a broader musical genre, but his contemplative sensibility is evident nonetheless, as in his spiritual meditation on "The Tree" and "The Peace Song." His lyrics are thoughtful, sincere, and somewhat humorous takes on subjects such as mature love and family.
